SANDHILL CRANES AND EAGLES

We have a pair of cranes that hang around the neighborhood like stray cats. Callie had the cool experience of hand feeding them bread. Not a site most people get to see..We had a few bald eagles land around our home recently when the cold temps killed fish in our lake. Look hard..one was on the roof. I was amazed at how BIG they are. Needless to say, we didn't let the dogs out without us there. Weiners are tasty to big birds!

FINALLY FINISHED!

Santa brought the girls a 750 piece puzzle for Christmas and we finished it after a few days during our vacation. Callie wanted everyone to see how it turned out. We are now working on a 1500 piece puzzle..not going that fast. Look for a post in March maybe when we are finally finished!

THANKS MOM!!!

Thanks Mom for the money you sent for Christmas.. we spent some of it on our new firepit. As you can see from the pics, we had a great time last weekend when the temps were so cold. Some of the neighborhood kids and parents joined in on the fun. Amazing how much fun we have just hanging by a fire and making smores! Wish you were here to make one too!!

TIRED PUPPIES

After the holidays with all the decorations and people coming and going, the puppies are glad to have some quiet time. Tough life-sleep all day, bark at ducks, eat whenever they want and hog the bed at night! Love my puppies!
